My name is Heather Dolland Tamam.

I am very much a serial entrepreneur and woman with many interests and passions. 

I am a published Author, Speaker, Transition Coach, Voice Over Actor, Certified Specialist of Spirits, Cocktail Creator

and Natural Hair Advocate. 

At my company Doltam Creative Solutions (MWBE), 

I focus on empowering women who feel undervalued

in an unfulfilling career.

Having overcome a series of challenging experiences, and pivoting through a number of careers, I draw upon my personal experiences to provide guidance through

coaching and consulting.
