Best Jerk Marinade Ever!

Rum, Guava, Jerk Marinade

In this video, I am preparing one of my favorite marinades.

You can use this to prepare chicken or pork perfectly.

1/2 Tbsp Jerk Marinade

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Tbsp Rivers Overproof White Rum

1/2 Tsp Barons Hot Sauce

1/2 Tsp Baron's Five Spice

1 Tsp De LaGrenade Guava Jelly

Stir and add to meat ideally overnight in a Ziploc freezer bag.
