Dryness is the kryptonite of hair growth. They simply do not go together.
Whenever someone tells me their hair doesn't grow, what they really mean is that their hair breaks at the same rate that it grows!
99% of the time, that is due to dryness.
Especially with cold temperatures and dry heat in our homes, finding ways to keep moisture in our tresses is a challenge.
Also being aware that water is a significant part of the moisture process and what our hair really needs, I decided to add oils that are also known for moisture to my mister.
The only challenge was, because of the cool temperatures, the oils sat on top of the water.
So to prevent that from happening, my mister with oil and water now sits on my radiator!
This is a very quick, simple and super effective way to add meaningful moisture to your hair.
I love to add this combo before I cover my hair at night and again when I wake up in the morning.
I know it sounds like a lot. But if you think about all of the little ways that moisture can be removed from our hair, this 5 second hack can keep your tresses moist and fresh when you are light on time.
